Our Scope
- New 120mm thick double skin partitions, from floor to soffit, 25mm insulation, taped and jointed, left ready for decorations.
- Supply and fit new 100mm x 12mm paint-grade MDF skirting, primed, surface fixed to new partitions.
- Bulkheads above new single glazed partitions and doorsets, tape and jointed, left ready for decorations.
- New single glazed partitions, 12.8mm acoustic glass, dry jointed, standard colour channels, non-fire rated.
- Supply and fit plant on ‘crittall’ banding detail applied to new glazed partitions, 1 x horizontal + vertical bands.
- New ‘framed’ single glass door (single glazed), 33dB, with bottom drop seal, in aluminium door frame, complete with SSS lever handles, overhead door closer and floor door stop.
- New Laminated doors, 838mm wide, within paint-grade door frame, complete with SSS lever handles, latch, and floor door stop, non-fire rated.
- Anodised Bronze Guardsman pull handle 900mm centres/1000mm overall 19mm dia back to back
